Petit Gris 2013 is now in bottle!
Petit Gris 2013 is now in bottle!
A blend of one demi-muid of Carignan Gris and four barriques of Grenache Gris, the wine really captures the freshness of the cool 2013 vintage.
This is enrobed in the classic ‘gris’ mouthfeel, and joins the Rock n’ Rolle in the line-up of 2013 whites bottled.

‘The Wild Boar’ Syrah 2015
Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes
The wild boar love to munch on the crop in this lovely vineyard, surrounded by cypress trees and cork oaks.
We have now built an electric fence to protect the precious crop, and picked our Syrah in perfect health.
Following a gentle tank ferment, the wine was aged in oak casks for 10 months.
